How do you pay at the book fair?

We accept the following payment at our fair: eWallets, cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and checks payable to NCC PTA

My student pre-ordered a book at the fair. When will they receive it and how?

Pre-order will arrive directly to NCC on or around the publication date and be delivered to the student in homeroom

There's a balance left on my student's eWallet. What happens to it now?

If you donated the balance by saying "Keep the Change," (thank you!) your balance will be used toward the purchase of books for the media center. Otherwise, your balance will remain in your student's account. The eWallet should automatically transfer to a gift card balance when the school is not having a book fair and when the school is having it's next book fair, the balance will once again roll into an eWallet. What's the return policy?

All sales are final. As the nature of the book fair is a pop-up sale and because some of the profits are used almost immediately to fund the teacher book list wishes, all sales are final.

 

Students are given the opportunity to make lists on their first visit and advised that they may need to consider whether the purchases they are making would be approved by guardians at home.

 

Some families may be pro-journals, bookmarks and crafts. Other families may be staunch books-only. We leave that to each of you to decide with your students before the fair. Better yet! Visit the fair together!

 

Each book fair week features a family night and any parent is welcome to shop the fair during school hours if they'd like to visit during their student's regularly scheduled media time. This is also a great reason to volunteer (wink wink)
