MyMCPS, Canvas, ParentVue...What does it all mean? Decoding MCPS Terms
Understanding ParentVue: MCPS' new Student Information System is Synergy. ParentVue is a component of Synergy which has replaced the MCPS portal for parents to access for information and reporting (classes, grades, assignments, attendance, messages from teachers, etc...). It is available in English and Spanish.
- If you have not received an email with ParentVUE activation information, please call 240-740-7020 or email [email protected]
- Families who have more than one student in MCPS can access all student information using their ParentVUE username and password. You only need one ParentVUE account for all students in your home. If you have logged in to ParentVue, but do not see all of your children listed, please complete this form so that MCPS can merge your accounts.
